Not on all cars, but according to the Supra forums, The mk3 Supra Turbo can gain up to 20hp per part of the exhaust you replace (manifold, downpipe, cat, cat back) and about 10 for the intake. They also said if your running race fuel, It's possible to gain up to 100hp, even tho it's not common.

Well, like I said earlier, it's possible, but not probable. If you replace the stock 2inch pipng with 4 inch pipng, the turbo will spool sooner and at a higher psi.
