Okay, since I haven't seen a thread on this yet and it's become a pretty heated argument at my school car club. Let's talk about the Ricer Fly-By Smiley is it just for ricers? What exactly is the definition of it! Let's talk about it Cheesy. I'll start by serving up an unwanted helping of my opinion. I think ricer fly-bys can be performed by a perfectly legit nice car, rice or not, simply because in my head ricer fly-bys are when you decide to fly-by someone (ricer or not) whose just... drivin around, not even speeding.

I don't know if this is a fly by but when I am on the freeway and I am in a hurry;  I can't drive behind someone going only 40! so I will pass the person cuz I want to get home before the sun goes down.

No like a flyby would be say, man 1 has a civic, man 2 has... a tiburon. Man 1 thinks, "Haha! He's got a sports car!" and speeds by him at 80 trying to look cool.

I suppose that's a fair enough definition, but in my opinion, seeing as I've even seen riced out american muscle, it doesn't really require you to be a ricer, just to act like one.

ricer fly by is when you speed up fast to "fly-by" a car going slower to show off your "speed" then slow down to the same speed as the car....making it seem like you are fast and awesome. this=ricer flyby

I think it's a fly-by any time someone does it intentionally when it's obvious they failed in the 14 seconds before the fly-by.

There is an irony to my reading the definition of 'ricer fly-by' as a ricer goes down the main drag here (I'm only a block away). . . . . .

They have potential, I'll give them that, but I would rather have my Supra, or a Camaro

The 2011 Mustang will be something to look at. It looks the same as the 2010 which isn't bad looking, but has the new 5.0L V8.
