If you're driving around speed bumps in... oh say... a Ford Explorer, it's not ricey but you may be retarded. If it's in a lowered car with a giant wing with a body kit and cut springs, then it's ricey. An action cannot be ricey (except an unprovoked flyby) without the car itself being ricey.
